So you've filed your tax return and are now waiting for your refund. Here's how to check the status of both your federal and Iowa refunds.
To check the status of your federal refund you will need:
Your Social Security Number or ITIN
Your filing status
Your exact refund amount
To check the status of your Iowa refund you will need:
Your Social Security Number
Tax year
Your exact refund amount
Then go to: https://www.idr.iowa.gov/wheresmyrefund/GetRefundStatus
